Contribuisci feedbackThis restaurant experience was terrible. We placed a to-go order at 7:50pm, which was over an hour before closing time. However, they had already started putting everything away and told us they couldn't make my Bravo sandwich hot. This was disappointing as I always have it hot. They only had two soups left and seemed confused when we asked for chips. I was unimpressed and will not be returning. Since the pandemic, Panera Bread (formerly known as STL Bread Co) has severely declined in quality. I have no intention of going back.
I joined the 'sip club ' and utilize it frequently. The coffee is above average. They have several locations in the area which is handy for both meetings and as a landing place between meetings. It 's always clean, and the internet is reliable. The people are friendly and refreshingly normal.
We hax delicious breakfest fare, and no one worries if you take your yime visiting. A very special morning for Gram and her Granddaughter!
This restaurant is a fantastic spot to relax and enjoy a delicious meal while working on your laptop or catching up with a friend. They offer quick service for those on the go, as well as takeout options. The menu includes a diverse selection of sandwiches, soups, and even pizza, along with both cold and hot beverages. You have the option to enjoy your soup in a traditional bowl or in a bread bowl.
I 'm changing my review from 2 to 5 stars. The last couple times I 've been there order accuracy has been 100% and they 're checking off the items on the receipt and signing the checked by now ... Thanks for the changes!! The location is getting 2 stars instead of 1 because most of their staff is extremely friendly. From Day One since opening this location has been very challenged with order accuracy. I place order at a drive thru I ensure order is accurate on the screen and I get home and at least one thing is wrong 80% of the time (or likewise, order online). Most of the time Including today I find the Order Checked By not initialed or signed on the Receipt. This is right above a note that says Accuracy Matters (it clearly is NOT A PRIORITY at the location). After spending 10 minutes on hold I got through to the manager ... She did her best with me because I was being difficult the only options she gave me required returning : (1) to get the item they missed, or (2) to get a refund (they can 't issue a refund on the phone). This is not the Manager 's fault but the store NEEDS a way of righting their wrong that doesn 't require me to drive back (taking my time and expense of gas). Most locations will offer to mail free meal coupons ... She made it clear of my only two options ... And that wasn 't one of them. Upper Management please figure out how to empower your team members to provide CONVENIENT options when mistakes are made .
