Joeys Bar belonged to a gentleman and its great to his family doing so well. Friendly staff and nice relaxed feel. Highly recommended if your ever in Ballymoney.

As an enthusiastic motor cyclist and joey dunlop, as I saw him at the end of the 70s at the TT races, there is no way that I could go to my holidays to North Ireland and not visit joeys bar! (It has the best tasting guinness we found in North Ireland. honestly? if they are an enthusiastic motorbike racing fan or just admire this little place next to the railway station, one has to go for them and see! many pictures, facts and figures and one of joeys bikes for them to drool over! we met a customer who told us that the bar is run by joey's wife and daughter. when the ladies were inside when we were in, they were really nice and friendly. a few hundred meters away there is a denkgarten for joey and his brother robert, with a list of races that both won. joeys list is amazing! please visit them first the monument, as they may not be in the position when they go for the cash! not you.de

Since my last visit it has been years ago, but it is always nice to make the pilgrimage.
