The Fenwick - Balmain East (NSW)

This beautiful restored sandstone building boasts stunning views of the water iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge. Inside, it feels open yet cosy, spacious inviting. The food was beautifully presented delicious. The oysters were sweet plump, the seafood dishes fresh, perfectly cooked delicious. Service was friendly attentive. A lovely place to enjoy, celebrate and relax.

We were recommended by several friends and as such we received a voucher from a family member for a landmark birthday gift so highly recommended. Overall, our experience was fantastic. We invited a friend to join us for the first time in Sydney. Great food, wine list, ambience and you felt in safe and professional hands with the whole team take of our beautiful waiter/server. Absolutely attentive. Error signals and not fully informed. felt she was an apprentice and, as such, practising us on your customers. Delightful and sweet as she seemed, she would benefit from a more solid training. Hopefully this feedback helps and we will be back soon.

Nice food, very busy restaurant, great views over the port, but it has to say more signage FENWICK than when you arrive, it is a bit confusing. The only sign I could see was at the restaurant's glass door when we finally found it.

Attention. Well cooked food. Great attitude. Good wine list.
