Point Leo General Store - Balnarring

A friend who is a local told me we could not miss the bacon and egg rolls at Point Leo General Store. I am glad I heeded her advice! These rolls were yummo and a complete bargain...country prices. I loved mine so much I went back for another the next morning. Grab one of these for breakfast on the beach would be my advice.

Lovely coffee and great spot to sit and relax. Pity city people bring their attitudes and place bagging reviews on what is a after all a general store not fine dining restaurant.

Dropped in at 6.45pm to see if we could get some chips and milk for the breakfast. The guy was vacuuming, and said they finished the chips at 6.30. I then asked him if he was still open(wanting to get some milk) and his attitude was totally off, like i was a nuisance. When I pulled him up on this he said that I must be stressed! I got the impression that he was used to assertive women. He told me to go away! Shan't be seeing any of my or my families custom.

Great little general store but with the best Burgers I've eaten and the freshest food I've seen for a long time.

A nice surprise, that somewhere relatively remote could sell such cool stuff and make sensational coffees!
