Bruder is the go to restaurant for meat lovers in Balneario Camboriu. Very hands on service and the food was excellent. Dress is casual but everything about Bruder was high end. I wlil be returning

Okay first of all: do not go if you're in a hurry, the service is a bit slow and You'll miss both on the food and the overall mood of the restaurant. The meat is perfection! Grilled with a hot and pink, and the taste... Even if you ask something a bit more dry, like the entrecot, you'll be surprise at how soft and tender it is.Ask for the grape juice, you will NOT regret it
