I will never return to this restaurant again. I ordered food through their app and arrived to pick it up 20 minutes after the scheduled time, allowing extra time for my order to be ready, but it still wasn't prepared. I requested a refund and was informed that I would have to wait 5-7 days for it. I called ahead to check if my order had been started before I left, but no one answered. When I arrived, I was told that my order hadn't even been started yet. I'm very disappointed with their service. The response I received was that they were short-staffed. Unbelievable.

Food is good but my sauce is mostly spilled in the bag, both times I've ordered from here ?Food: 3/5

Ate here via DoorDash on 4.3.23. This was the nastiest mess ever. They didn’t clean the chicken. Under cooked deep friend blood. Still slightly raw but the breading was burnt. The fries lack seasonings but was edible and still crispy for a delivery. I will no order the next time I am in MD.Parking: Okay parking
