Contribuisci feedbackThis place is horrible. We were staying at the hotel and figured it would be convenient to have a restaurant and bar right downstairs. We were wrong. We went the first night and nobody was there to seat us. We eventually found someone who worked there and they sat us in the corner. There was hardly anyone there. We sat there for over 30 minutes we were never even given water. Finally, a server gave us water and said they’d be right back to take our order. She then disappeared. We waited for about 20 more minutes and walked out. We vowed to never go again. However, we found ourselves in a desperate situation for breakfast the next morning so we figured we would give the place another shot. It was busier this time, we waited a bit until someone actually seated us. Once seated, we again had to wait 30 minutes until I stood up and walked up to someone who works there to ask for water. People at tables all around us were walking out and complaining and everyone was miserable. We finally got our food and it was fine. There wasn’t anything amazing about it and it was extremely overpriced. Also- they do not have hash browns.. we ordered them only to be given scalloped potatoes. I would stay away from this place at all costs. I am mad I ever gave them my money.
We visited this restaurant for dinner multiple times while we were staying at the Hyatt. The restaurant wasn’t too busy and the ambiance was pleasant. We were promptly seated upon arrival by Ajay, who was very friendly and welcoming. He gave us relevant menu recommendations and refilled our drinks throughout the meal. The quality of the food was a little inconsistent and dependent on the specific item but certain dishes stood out, such as the crab cakes and cheesecake. Overall we had a great experience and would consider stopping by again in the future.

I really enjoyed the food here. Service was quite good. We had the Paloma cocktail and it was very refreshing. The scallops and winter salad were delicious, and we got the burger. Food was cooked as ordered. I didn't get the bun on the burger because I don't like all that bread. I would return again when I'm staying at this Hyatt location!
My group decided to try this place today. Could not get greeted by the staff, had to find a an employee just to be seated.My order was prepared incorrectly, when it was brought to me and inspected, I politely told the waiter what was wrong and the waiter decided to argue that it was right before being shown how it was wrong.Never received an apology for the mix up, instead the waiter returned with the receipt trying to prove that it was the kitchens fault and not his ?Management was made aware by the waiter, but they never approached our table, instead only offered something if we had a hotel room there.We were also charged a large fee for having a party of 7, which seemed ridiculous for a bistro with barely any guests and a minimal menu.
