Bj's Brewhouse Towson - Baltimore

My slider were made from a cut single patty burned burger. my margarita needed 30 minutes to deliver to the table. our appetizer was forgotten. it was delivered after eating. our server was busy with a big party before we submit our order. after dinner we will not be back.

A special reservation and service was terrible! ordered drinks and served within a reasonable time. the food was ordered and served an hour later. every table that sat after my party was served, ate and went away from our food. it was ridiculous! please do not expect much from the personal.

It helped us make the reservation by open table because they were short-handed and walk-ins were said to have to wait 30 minutes. our eating was delicious and our server was great, although he had many tables to take care of.

It was just extremely cold but other than everything was good

I don't even know where to begin. It was not crowded for sure when we arrived and were seated at our table. We should have known right from the beginning that there were MAJOR issues. They are a brewhouse, right? My husband ordered a beer, and the waiter came back and said they didn't have any. So my husband ordered another one. Guess what, he came back and said they didn't have any (WHAT?!? REALLY?!? at a brewhouse!!!! . Third choice, he finally got a BEER. WOO HOO!! And now on to the food. YIKES. We ordered the loaded nachos with chicken. Seriously there were 3 (and I am totally serious , 3!!!! ONLY 3 pieces of chicken. This is appetizer. Ok, onto the main dishes that were ordered. 4 out of the 5 of us ordered burgers. How bad can a burger be??? OVER DONE!! The other order was a chicken club. Guess what a BIG piece of hair in the sandwich. REALLY. We told the waiter, he took it away and FINALLY after 15 minutes brought another one. By now that person didn't want to eat anything! And the worst part was they charged us for the f'in sandwich!! NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE. WORST PLACE ON EARTH!!!
