This is our go-to spot for lunch or dinner whenever we fly Southwest and have a layover here. The menu allows for customization with a good-sized salad and a selection of vegan proteins. They used to offer a curry tofu option, but I'm not sure if it's still available as of February 2020. I have to downgrade my rating to 3 stars as of March 2020 because they now limit the number of toppings to 8, while also increasing the price of the salad. It would be great to see a vegan discount, especially for those only adding black beans as a protein option.
This restaurant is a fantastic choice, particularly when at an airport. They offer a wide range of vegan dishes that can be enjoyed as a salad, wrap, or bowl with your choice of rice, noodles, or sweet potato. The food is incredibly healthy, reasonably priced, and comes with a variety of topping options.
I am thrilled that I was able to satisfy my tofu craving without waiting in the long Chipotle line! This restaurant has a variety of fresh vegetable and even some fruit options. I was pleasantly surprised to find curried tofu on the menu, which made me very happy. I received a bowl filled with delicious ingredients. I believe this will be my new favorite spot when I have to travel for work.
