Casa Mia's Of The Rotunda - Baltimore

I will never visit this movie theatre again. It’s super overrated and I should have kept my expectations low. When Cinébistro opened it was an amazing experience. After tonight’s visit, I will not be back. I paid over $60 for my food and it was cold when it arrived. A fountain drink was $5 and we had to get up for refills. I guess that 18.5% gratuity was for the initial order and service. It’s not worth the money. I will go to the regular movie theatre and just go out to eat. It’s a shame.

The entire aesthetics of CineBistro was very welcoming , warm ,and a grown and sexy atmosphere. Our waitress Morgan was friendly, polite and very informative. She offered suggestions that we took into consideration and my husband and I was not disappointed. She made our first experience a much more enjoyable one. We cant wait to visit again.

Great experience, it was different will be back. The customer service was awesome ????

Got there early...food took a hour to come out..cold. Waiters dropped a drink on someone..for the amount of money we will not be back or recommend. Terrible service ..tf

We had some bumps in the road but I must say that the General Manager Mr. Daniel took good care of us thou THANKS sir
