Once again, ordering was quick and easy. The food was prepared ahead of time and smelled delicious. It was piping hot and tasted amazing. Thank you very much. I will definitely be returning soon.

I've ordered from this place three times and everything I ordered was very good and fresh. I'm very picky about restaurant food and freshness and prompt delivery service is important to me. I would definitely recommend to try this place.

This place is hands down five star when you can order online and get what you actually want. When you have to order on the phone or in person, however, my rating goes down to three stars. When China Express ' Internet is down, you are still guaranteed to get good portions of tasty Asian American comfort food for the price, but you 're not guaranteed to get what you actually ordered. This is because your order might not be understood, like today when I ordered my usual but got orange chicken instead of fries. I didn 't specify with 'French ', ' so the cashier may have thought I was ordering some sort of fried Chicken. I was wondering why the total was almost $4 more than what it usually is, that wrote it off as due to recent inflation trends and COVID-19 induced scarcities. Nope ... they got the wrong order, but I got my rib tips and I like orange chicken so I 'm not going to complain when I eat that for lunch tomorrow. So my overall rating is four stars ... The average of my experiences based on the mode of ordering. If you order on the phone or in person and the price seems off, it would be wise to insist on them repeating the order back to you. The ownership of this restaurant is also kindly advised to remind the cashiers to listen more carefully to customers and repeat orders back. I understand that English isn 't always the first language of employees in family run Chinese restaurants, and mask wearing and plexiglass Shields make communication worse, but getting orders right is still a must for 5 star OG status.

The food was fantastic! It was incredibly fresh and hot. Everyone in the office enjoyed it without any complaints. We will definitely return.

We absolutely love General Tso's restaurant. The dumplings are fantastic, especially when we ask for them to be fried on both sides (which they are always happy to do). My boyfriend's mother, who is a great cook herself, really enjoyed the pork fried rice. We are regular customers and always receive our orders quickly, piping hot, and exactly as requested. The staff are incredibly kind and accommodating. We have been ordering from them for a year now and one time when we were unable to pick up our order, they went out of their way to deliver it to us, despite it being further than they usually deliver. Their willingness to help, even during a slow period, just shows the type of people they are. Always friendly and always ready to assist.
