Contribuisci feedbackI came in to pick up my online order I realized I forgot to add something, so I got in line when I got to the front, the staff was having trouble viewing online orders. One of the women working apologized to me politely asked if I could show her my order. I did she made it for me perfectly in a timely manner. Every single person working was super friendly the customers were being very immature about the online orders being down and should’ve treated the staff way better. I feel so bad that they’ve had to deal with these entitled customers. But all of those women kept their cool stayed professional. *all while having the store clean food seemed fresh and organized. Just wanted to acknowledge the team.
Love this place the food is great however this particular store is poorly ran and seems as though your going to a teenage party where the kids are serving you food. I recently discovered my love for Chipotle and so I have only been there about 5 to 6 times and only to this particular store. I am sure other stores are great and don't share my experience. The employees are not friendly and it's loud in the store so when you ask for a certain item on your food especially when you ask to out more of an item on your food they seem to ignore you. Not once has anyone acknowledged that request. The worst part of this store is ONE PARTICULAR EMPLOYEE... She is ver lazy and makes it clear she does t want to be there and makes people feel like your bothering her when she prepares ur food. You will know who she is if you go here and she is working. It makes you feel like your doing something wrong asking her to put this or that on your taco/bowl/burrito. Food is great though it's a shame the people that work here make for a bad experience. I hate to make a bad review of this store.
If you order mobile you have about a 10% chance of actually getting what you ordered. I think they have gotten my mobile order correct a grand total of 3 times. This time around was supposed to be extra chicken and extra rice and this is what they gave me
We used to frequent Chipotle many times a week. We moved to White Marsh and this has proven time and time again to be the WORST Chipotle. We?ve given this location close to our house multiple chances. After a 4 month hiatus of coming here, we decided to come today (9/5/2022). We joked as we pulled up that there was no sign on the door indicating they were out of ingredients or closed for online ordering. We got to the end of the line and were told they were out of guacamole. For us, the guacamole makes the dish. We decided to proceed to checkout and pay for what we ordered until we were told that they did not have salad dressing either. This place is unreal. Someone from the corporate headquarters needs to get in this store and turn it around. This is the worst Chipotle we?ve ever experienced. Sad to say, we will not be back or giving this location another opportunity.
I should have read the reviews before coming here. I ordered on the chipotle app and when I got home to eat it, it was so skimpy. I ordered half chicken half steak and I?m not joking when I say there was MAYBE 10 pieces of meat total. I asked for extra cheese and there was barely any. Same thing with the sour cream. I asked for extra and there was barely any on it?. The meat that was on the bowl was super fatty and my order wasn?t on the mobile order shelf so I had to wait in line behind everyone else. What a waste of $17.00. Next time I?ll just save my money and go to Taco Love where they don?t forget half your order and it actually tastes good.
