Chiu's Sushi - Baltimore

I ordered takeout with my family, and while the food was quite good, they forgot several items that should have come with our entrees. For instance, the website states that the chicken katsu includes soup, salad, and white rice, but we didn’t receive any white rice (and does lettuce under the chicken really count as a salad?). At $19, I would expect either a substantial portion or the sides that were promised. The chicken was decent, and the pork buns were just okay.

This restaurant was fantastic. The sushi was incredible, and the service was outstanding!

Honestly, I initially visited another sushi restaurant but ended up leaving, and I'm so glad I did. We decided to check out Chiu's instead, and I have absolutely no regrets. The food is incredibly fresh and delicious. It's a straightforward place with no frills, but very cozy, and the staff was amazing and extremely polite. I would give it a perfect 10/10—Chiu's will definitely be my go-to spot for sushi in Baltimore!

Came w/two coworkers for lunch, two of us got the sashimi lunch. This came w/8 pieces of sashimi and a roll. The sashimi was chef's choice and very unimpressive included two pieces of egg (not sashimi), and two pieces of fake crab. So really just 4 pieces of actual fish.
