I am super glad we popped in, on the spur of the moment. We had a spectacular meal. They do an incredible job with elevated southern comfort food. The views from the patio can?t be beat. I?d highly recommend this spot to anyone. (Not really much in the vegetarian friendly department, but if you love seafood this is the spot for you).
A wonderful brunch choice. Cindy Lou's is attached to a hotel. Brunch by the water on a beautiful Sunday afternoon worth every bite. The highlight of my entire dining experience was the service and the dessert selection (banana pudding ice box cake). Everyone from the moment you enter were warm and welcoming. The food was fantastic and generous portions.
Disappointed! We had high expectations for this restaurant given the people behind it. The location is great, but then you go inside and you feel like you're eating at a hotel bar. We love southern food, but this night's food had no love. The shared snack plate was not good. The ham felt like grocery store deli ham. The biggest disappointment on the plate and throughout the dinner were the biscuits. Dense and dry. The fried chicken was dry and the coating grainy. Brussel
There for brunch it is in the hilton canopy hotel. we sat at the bar where you could see everything. several dilapidated themed weddings continued. we had the fried green tomaten and edward of surry virginia ham with pickles and toast. the drinks were very good. the bartenders were great people. beautiful view of the harbour. I'm going back.
A great selection for a recent date night. Incredible views from any table outside. The dinning room is also awesome. I highly recommend the fried fish and the duck. Both were magnificent. Ended the delicious meal with the peanut butter chocolate bar, which we had to take to go. Portions are huge!
