Contribuisci feedbackFor the price you can't beat it. The taste is decent as I've tried the pizza of course, pasta Primavera and the wings. The always have a coupon or special available. Service is pretty good too.
I don't know what's worse, waiting over 2 hours to not get the pizza or not being able to get a phone call through to the shop to see what's going on, or getting through to the call center (where they take orders) and them not having any control over checking orders and giving a simple ETA? I understand if the place is understaffed and there's a work shortage or if the shop was literally closed yesterday....But there needs to be an update on Google, on the app/online where you cannot place an order if the shop isnt able to fulfill orders at the moment. Now my card got charged for an order that never showed up, so i have to call my bank to reject the charge because noone is picking up the phone.
We ordered the NYC style pizza, the cheese was runny and looked like someone put their fingers in it. It was not edible. The wings were just squirted with sauce on top, not even hand tossed. Called to complain, I've been on hold for 20+ minutes. One person answered and said they were transferring me to the store, which is the number I called. When I asked where did I call then? She wouldnt answer and transferred me. I'll m still on hold. The ABSOLUTE WORST PIZZA EXPERIENCE EVER. This was the first time we decided to try Dominos in years. NEVER AGAIN. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND ORDER LOCAL OR ANOTHER CHAIN.
Second time this week, we 've ordered pizza and it 's just been difficult. First time we ordered it took almost 2hrs for delivery. For the middle of the week, I feel this is excessive. When it arrived, you could tell its been sitting for quite some time as it wasn 't hot. Last night I ordered again. It seemed to go smoothly this time until it went to the 'quality check ', It was there for over 30 minutes. Once it went out for delivery, granted I know I 'm not the delivery person but he was stopped at one location for 15 minutes then another for over 10. The pizza and wings finally arrived 1hr and 35 minutes later. I ordered and vegetarian pizza and received the meatlovers. I did take a picture of the pizza and receipt as I 'm sure people try to manipulate the system but this has remained unacceptable for a company of this size to continue to make these mistakes. I 've had similar issues with this location in the early part of this year but didn 't take the time to write a review, until now.. I rarely order out but please make proactive changes as I know I can 't be the only one this is happening to.
7/11/22 Very disappointed. Placed an order at 3:30pm, it's now 5:10pm, no pizza, no contact. Called several times with no response after waiting 10min to try and get a refund. Very poor service update 7/12/22 been on hold for 20 minutes for a refund and no one will pick up the phone to assist. Reporting to corporate now and will be showing up at the store for my refund in the morning. They should not be allowed to steal our money and should be SHUT DOWN!
