Fadensonnen - Baltimore

Charming little pub featuring a vibrant covered outdoor space and a fantastic bike rack. This spot has apparently been around for years, and I've only just stumbled upon it—what a hidden gem! There's something enchanting about being in a courtyard nestled between two tall yet appropriately scaled brick buildings that creates a lovely atmosphere and fosters conversation. The staircases leading to the upper levels also invite exploration, adding to the character of this place.

I dropped by this place for cocktails, and it was truly exceptional—definitely a 10/10 experience. I ordered a fantastic gin summer cocktail with raspberry, and I honestly don't think I've ever tasted a better gin drink. Great job!

During a spontaneous road trip to Baltimore, we made an impromptu stop at Fadensonnen, and what a delightful surprise it was! Tucked away in the charming streets, the atmosphere was fantastic, from the lovely background music to the friendly bartender. I would definitely recommend this place!

I absolutely love the place and atmosphere upstairs in the wine bar. However, the music choice is not good at all and according to the bartender songs can not be requested nor the playlist modified. Im not sure what goes into their selection, but the music is so off putting, that it actually stops conversation in the same way a popular song would. If its for a relaxed vibe, it misses the mark completely. I have a playlist that would be perfect for that spot. Aside

This atmosphere at Fadensonnen is fantastic and makes it worth the trip by itself! Came to the outdoor patio for a friend?s birthday, such a relaxed and fun environment. Picnic table seating made it a great place for a group. Outdoor bar so it?s quick to get drinks. Inside area was quiet and intimate and could have made for a nice date night. Can?t wait to come back!
