Valley Pizza - Baltimore

I called again and requested to speak to someone else because I didn't want to ask him any further questions. Instead of being professional and transferring the call, he responded in a defensive tone, as if I had insulted him. The woman I spoke with afterward informed me that they no longer had the item on the menu. I won’t be calling this place again. The customer service is terrible, and I feel the way they treat Black customers is unacceptable. They want our money and come into our neighborhoods, yet they can't communicate in a professional manner. I imagine if they were serving people from more affluent areas, their attitude would be different. Additionally, if they come to our homes, we have to go outside to meet them. Overall, this experience just wasn’t worth it in my opinion.

My family and I really enjoyed the food here and will be calling again!

The food here is excellent! I'm curious about job opportunities and would love to work at this restaurant since the food is simply delicious.
