Hard Rock Cafe - Baltimore

It’s just so so. We should have picked a more local authentic place. Waste of money

The Hard Rock was a great place to eat before going to Rams Head Live. Lots of cool items from performers. The food is great and the staff and management was very friendly. They highly recommend you walk around and look at the items on the wall and enjoy the atmosphere.

Great atmosphere and our waitress was very attentive. Love Hard Rock’s menu. Everyone enjoyed their meal!

I requested a table for 7 and they put us at a 4 top

We had a reservation. Upon arrival there was no hostess on duty. A large crowd of customers began to form, as nobody was being seated. Lack of welcoming staff created chaos! NOT a pleasant way to begin our meal. The service was decent, but not great. The food was good, but we wanted a bottle of wine and the choices were extremely limited. Guess it's a place for beer). All in all, the experience was mediocre....decent, but definitely not a great experience. I doubt that we will be back. :
