Kooper's Tavern - Baltimore

Wonderful venue! I absolutely enjoyed the ambiance and the food. The staff were incredibly friendly. I ordered the crabby pizza and it was fantastic! I also sampled the fried green tomato appetizer. My friends had the crab cakes and fish tacos, and they all loved their meals too. It can get a bit noisy since it's a tavern, so if you prefer a quieter setting, you might want to consider another place. However, the food is definitely worth it!

I have to say that my experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. Our group of eight arrived, but the waitress didn’t ask whether we wanted our checks separate or combined; she just assumed we wanted them together. When it came to the nachos, they were not good—something about the chips was off, and I couldn't quite pinpoint what the issue was. My crab patty sandwich was just okay—not terrible, but not great either—kind of average overall. One of my friends sent her nachos back, but the waitress never checked in to see what was wrong or if she wanted something else.

Great experience! The food was delicious and the patio is dog friendly. We got the lamb burger and upgraded the side to a side salad, and it was a lot of food! Absolutely delicious. Would come back again.

Great location conveniently located near the Fells Point water taxi route. While the indoor space was somewhat limited, there was plenty of outdoor seating available under a canvas canopy. The burgers were cooked perfectly to our specifications. We enjoyed shuckable oysters on the sidewalk for just a dollar each. Unfortunately, the beers were served warm, possibly due to a tank system issue or the slow service.

Good food. Enjoyed the crab cake with old bay chips. The lamb burger was pretty tasty and well cooked, but a bit on the greasy side. Our server was not very good, took almost 20 minutes to get a glass of water. Overall a nice meal on the patio.
