Order took over 2 hours to arrive delivery driver rude and nasty as well as people in restaurant

I had heard great things about this restaurant, but my experience with them was quite disappointing. We decided to order 15 wings, some fries, and a drink from the Marriott hotel, which was just down the street. We placed our order around 12:30 a.m., and after waiting an hour, we called at 1:30 a.m. They informed us that the supplier had just left, and we should expect a call soon about our order's arrival at the hotel. When we called again at 1:45 a.m., they mentioned the driver was still on the way. Frustrated, we decided to cancel our order. There's no reason we should have to wait nearly two hours for a delivery that was only half a mile away. We went to bed hungry, and I will not be ordering from them again!

I ordered food from them, and it took a long time to arrive. They didn't even bring the food and ignored my calls for two days, only to accuse me of lying.

The food was mediocre, and it was by far the worst delivery experience I've ever encountered. I ordered from a restaurant just 0.8 miles away, expecting my delivery to arrive between 12:11 and 12:26. By 12:35, I called to check on the status, and after a back-and-forth with the restaurant for the next 40 minutes, I finally received my order at 1:10—only to find that part of it was missing. When I requested a refund, they just kept saying "wow."
