Mcdonald's - Baltimore

The cleanliness and organization of this location were impressive, and the service was quick and friendly. For the first time, my vanilla coffee was made perfectly and tasted fantastic! The staff were polite and welcoming. However, on my visit on July 15, 2017, the atmosphere had changed completely. The staff were unkind, unfriendly, and displayed a lack of professionalism. Although our food took a long time to arrive, it was fresh and hot when it finally did. The meal itself was great, but the poor service was disappointing. I can only give two stars for this experience.

The ambiance was inviting and well-lit. The overall cleanliness was acceptable, although some tables had a braided texture that seemed to collect stray crumbs and debris, giving the appearance of neglect despite the establishment being clean. I noticed a cup of ice placed directly behind the register, which raised concerns about airborne contaminants potentially getting into the ice. Overall, the restaurant was decent, and the food was enjoyable.

They are always incredibly quick, and the customer service is excellent. The staff is friendly and remembers their regular customers. The food is great, and unlike other McDonald's locations, my orders have never been mixed up. The only downside is that the restaurant has a somewhat worn appearance, but they do keep it clean, except for the bathrooms, which could use some attention. Despite that, I prefer to come to this location for my meals, even though there's a McDonald's much closer to me.

This place is usually one of the fastest mcdonald’s to which I was. it gets hectic sometimes, but that's everywhere. but if they wait at the end for too long because they forget about an element, they tend to update their size to wait for the nice staff.

Nice area. They try to keep it clean. It gets really busy especially durning the week. Ice cream machine never works. Bathrooms stay locked. Nice customer service. Conversations are usually held between coworker from across the restaurant. Sometimes there is a long wait for your food based off of how crowded it is. Employees are nice and accommodating; dont mind cleaning a specific area if you ask them to.
