Mcdonald's - Baltimore

This is the worst experience. The drive-thru line is always long and takes forever. My order is never ready when I arrive. The fries are always overcooked, and the sandwiches are poorly assembled. I really dislike going there. It's a shame because this McDonald's used to be the best when I was a child. The food was always hot and delicious, and the service was excellent and friendly.

The French fries were far from 'hot'—they were cold, small, and unappealing. The burger and chicken nuggets were just okay, but nothing special. The staff was somewhat accommodating, though it felt like they were arguing when issues arose. There were no warnings about the food quality, and overall, it just wasn't worth it. I won't be returning.

The toilet of men is almost always in the need of cleaning and any effort to demand cleaning goes unheeded or dismissed with a okay as answer.

I ordered a crispy chicken meal and a filet of fishmeal where both rows of fries were soggy and cold without salt my fish had no tartaric acid sauce and there was nothing on my crispy chicken, but salate and tomato. I am very upset

This location has significant issues with communication and customer service! The short-statured manager does not interact well with customers at all. The staff are handing out DoorDash and Grubhub orders without requiring the delivery drivers to confirm the orders in front of them. I intend to reach out to headquarters due to my frustrating experience.
