Mcdonald's - Baltimore

I must mention that the staff was very polite. Although we didn't end up ordering food, they went out of their way to bring my mother, who has a broken neck, a chair so she could sit comfortably while we waited for a taxi. This thoughtful gesture made our experience more pleasant, even if the difficulties we faced were due to the overall system in place because of COVID-19.

The wait in line was incredibly long. I ended up with a large order that I didn't request, so I really hope it wasn't my fault.

Always fresh and always fast. Great McDonald's, excellent location. Faster than the Washington location and open 24 unlike Frederick/Hilton.

Normally I go in the mornings and its normally a young lady at the window. She is very pleasant so I continue to come back.

If I could rate this place with zero stars, I absolutely would! This is the worst McDonald's I have ever visited. I always receive the wrong order—every single time, without fail! Just now, I ordered chicken nugget happy meals for my kids, and one of them had no nuggets at all. I only realized it when I got home. They never include condiments, and each staff member is incredibly rude. I will not be spending another cent at this location.
