My Mama's Vegan - Baltimore

You have a bajillion menu choices of diner/soul food type food. I tried her Big Daddy Burger (make very close to real meat) and chick cheese steak (absolute killer highly recommended). The portions are very large and generous compared to other vegan restaurants I have eaten. Fries were also amazing and their Reese PB cake was a humble portion, moist and chocolate.

The infamous black bean burger was great!! The mango havernero flower flowers bits were spicy and delish!!! Will definitely be ordered there again

The food here was unbelievable. We had the fried chicken sandwich and the fried chicken drumsticks (seitan), which were so amazing. The texture, crispness, taste, sauce, everything! Definitely the best vegan fried chicken I’ve had. The sweet potato fries were great also!

I’m so sad I discovered this place right as I’m about to leave Baltimore. My favorite thing has to be the buffalo wings. I was worried doing carry out that it would be soggy, but remained crispy from the box! Same with the chicken sandwich! My only complaint is that it is a little pricey, but soooo good so it’s worth the splurge.

It was good overall. I didn’t give 5 stars cause some stuff wasn’t phenomenal IMO. We really liked the cauliflower wings and crab cakes (make sure you like artichokes tho) and the HIT of the night was the chicken sandwich (everyone’s favorite). The Mac and cheese had to be jazzed up with some extra nutritional yeast and garlic powder, before it just tasted like bland kraft. We will eat here again.
