Nephew's Pizza and Subs - Baltimore

Today is 4/16/22 . I waited for almost 2 hours for my order only to name and call a Ni*ger from the English-speaking supplier. I will never be hired by this facility

I only had 2 hours for 6wings and I was riding and when I called about my food, the driver told me every time I called 3 minutes, I even tried to get my money back and the guy who told me I couldn't get my money back. I'll never order from here. the worst restaurant of all times

Her strombolis are fantastic and my cash was friendly. I'm going back.

It took over 9 minutes to place our order because we were put on hold several times and had to repeat our order several times.. we we're told 45 to 50 minutes. Ok, I get it, they're busy.I waited over an hour and 10 minutes for my food before I called to check the status of my food. I was told that they were already here, apparently they wrote the apartment number AND my telephone number incorrectly, even though it was repeated several times. They then argued with me over the phone for several minutes, trying to tell me the man was here with my food, even though my boyfriend was standing outside the apartment building door.I gave my boyfriend the phone and gave up. After trying to figure out where my food was for 10 minutes, I was over it altogether.Food finally gets here and it's warm, at best. We ordered 2 cheese steaks, one is completely wrong to the point where I can't even eat it. I don't even have patience to call them back and complain. They'll probably just swear that it's right anyway. $40+ wasted.I called back against my better judgment and the man proceeded to argue with me about Old Bay on my cheese steak. He said they put Old Bay in all of their cheese steaks and I have to ask for it to not be on there. I told him I ordered a cheese steak the same exact way the other day, with only extra cheese, ketchup, and fried onions, and there was no Old Bay. He proceeded to yell and me and hung up on me.This place is ridiculous. We ordered the other day and it was delicious, but I won't be ordering again after this experience.

There cheese steak subs are delicious! But the pizza areto dry...not enough sauce!!! But my grandchildren ate it up! But other then that they great people!!
