Pen & Quill - Baltimore

Staff was very nice but food took a really long time to arrive (we were seated at 8 and our entrees didn’t come out until past 9 pm).

Our server was excellent, pleasant, appropriate; just what you want. This was a attractively pubby place. The trout was a bit fishy, but the other food was good as were the drinks and the ice cream, which was particularly fab.

Have been here several times for date night this place always delivers.

In the past few years we have noticed the quality and taste of food decline. Our service was mediocre and the restaurant was not very busy. Cocktails were on point, as were the Brussels :
