Pizza Villa And More - Baltimore

I ordered a large pizza over an hour ago and it hasn't arrived yet. When I called the restaurant to ask about my order, they told me it would be here in 10 minutes, but it's now been 20 minutes and I still don't have my pizza. The restaurant is only 5 minutes away from me, so I don't understand why it's taking so long. This is very unprofessional.

I ordered a 20-inch cheesesteak pizza, and there was no indication that pizza sauce was supposed to be included. Who eats a cheesesteak with tomato sauce? It doesn’t make any sense. When I called and spoke to the manager, he offered to make me another one and deliver it to me, but it would cost the full price of the first one—$24. I was shocked. There was no consideration for the fact that I spent $24 on a pizza that my household can't eat due to a tomato sauce allergy.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location on November 12, 2021. I ordered a pizza, but what I received looked like it had been dropped and then squished. I requested a remake, but I never received a response. This place feels like a complete ripoff. I won't be ordering from here again—absolutely unacceptable.

If I could give this place a zero star I would . The delivery drivers attitude was awful my food was wrung up wrong . I called and A guy said he was ?manager? that he would send out my sub ? It never came . So I finally called this morning where I was told to wait until 5 when the manager comes in . So I called then he said ? well we can give u 25% off your next order?. Entirely awful , I already made it clear I don?t want to order from this place again, just my sub

I am given a 3 star review because the food was pretty decent especially the French fries but me and my wife received no no napkins or utensils and I also asked for ranch for my 20 wings and they gave me blue cheese instead? I recommend their food if you want some good fries or some hot nuclear wings but yeah
