Qdoba Mexican Eats - Baltimore

I visited this restaurant at 9:50 PM to try the new shrimp burrito, and I noticed that they didn't close until 11 PM. However, the staff had all the food from the hot line sitting on the counter behind them, serving it cold to customers as if they were already closed. I understand they want to go home, but they need to learn some patience. It's not acceptable to start discarding food before 10:30 PM, and it certainly doesn't give a good impression.

Absolutely terrible service and rude staff. they have my card 3x with a total of $114.15 I called the load and the manager hung up on me. I will take this to society!

I really like Qdoba, however, this location is not worth going to. I went their last night to grab dinner and I got the wrong order (partially my fault for being distracted and not correcting the person helping me). However, the employee was clearly not having it and was so unhelpful. He made my order with hardly any beans or chicken- I essentially received a rice burrito for dinner. The only reason I gave it 3 stars was because my fiance's order was better than mine. I don't know if I'll be returning to this location.

Long day of travel and wanted a quick bite to eat. Service was ok, the employees seemed tired or overworked. I ordered the 3 tacos and chips, salsa and queso. The chicken tacos were good portion size, but weren't awesome. The salsa roja was good and the queso was fresh. The cleanliness could have been better, but it seemed as though they were trying to keep up. The world is short staffed and tired, so hopefully they get some rest and tomorrow's qdoba (for those having it) will be 5 stars.

Welcome to the ghetto. 2 annoying hoodlums with attitudes and a little old miserable lady will make sure you never want to return here. Cold food with unnecessary long waits. Loved Qdoba till tonight. Will never go to another one because just can’t trust it won’t be an uncomfortably annoying experience. This is not an exaggeration
