Pardon Self. That past review about the ?Coupon? was for this Location, 7031 Liberty road. Not The Subway?s on security. Pardon Me Security .

I did not like this location. I made an order through the app it charged me for the order. But in the app it never completed or finalized my order for pickup yet it still charged me. So upon arrriving to the location I let the team member know what happened she was of no help. She was rude tried to make it seem as though I was lying even though I showed proof that it did in deed charge me. I understand people lie all the time, but you can?t assume that everyone is lying. I was showing actual proof that it charged me but the lady didn?t care. when I asked for the manager, she tried to act like she didn?t know what I was saying. Luckily I can dispute this charge with my bank. I will not be using the app will not be going to this location ever again. I prefer the location on 6900 Dogwood rd anyways.

The staff here are friendly and courteous, and the place is clean and organized. We've had subs here and had party platters, they went out of their way to make sure we had extra condiments,etc. As good or better than any other Subway I've been to.

Went in ordered 2 sandwiches, about to pay asked to use the restroom and was told it was out of order both men and women, have u ever heard of that, tell me how so the workers use the restroom all day at work?? I told them the could keep their sandwiches.
