The first Subway I went to was not good.The sale lady tried to charge me a different price then what was on the sign and she said the next time you come here you will pay the price she said.I told her I will when it is on the sign.She point her finger in my face . The second Subway I went to at Milford Shopping Center was great .I Talked about her first.
I am so upset about the service I received from a Mila at this location. I believe that 's what she said her name was because she did not have a name tag on. On Saturday, 8/15, I went to get a veggie sub which consists mostly of spinach. The spinach was wilted and did not look good at all this is not the first time the spinach has been this way at this location! In the past, I have asked the other employee, heavy set lady but I did not get her name, to change it and she did with no problem. But this particular day Mila had an attitude and when I asked her to change it because the spinach looked sick, she raised her voice and said this is all we have until the shipment comes on Monday . I said today is Saturday so you are telling me that you will not have spinach for 2 days? I told her that I did not want the sub and proceeded to talk to the other employee who was in the back. Mila immediately started yelling something in Spanish to the other lady before I could ask her about fresh spinach. The only word I recognized was spinach so I know she was telling her about the situation. The other employee smirked and never came to talk to me so I left the store. There were 4 other guests in the store and I was humiliated and still hungry. There are not a lot of other food options in the area for me because I do not eat meat and I did not want anything fried. How can I EAT FRESH when the food is not fresh??? Also, at this location I have witnessed their kids behind the counter while they are working. I know that cannot be legal, safe, or acceptable.
Adrianne three manager is very nice. I made. App order and I didn't pick it up in time before they closed. So the next few days when I had time I went to the store and they gave me my order for FREE AFTER I CALLES GUEST RELATIONS. As such when I arrived to the store I DIDN'T have any issues or problems with them remembering my issues. So they get 4 stars from me for being clean courteous and respectful.
I'm posting this review at 8:09 pm may 22nd,2022 on here it says subway closes at 9pm on sundays. I was refused service at 7:59. The lady inside tried to hide and once she seen I was still there she turned the open sign off. Highly disappointed in this treatment I'm not sure if this is how subway operates but the people should know about this atrocity.
Had a coupon for bogo free. Ordered a veggie and a spicy Italian the two cheapest subs on the menu. You have to be careful when paying with a card. The device gives you 4 options to add tips to your order. Charged me 19.09 for an 8 footlong. The cashier insisted that my order was doubled because I hit some button indicating that I was giving a tip. I explained that no way would I give a 10 tip on a Subway Sub for more than the original price of the sandwich itself. Remember, I was using a coupon for buy one get one free therefore attempting to save. Purchase eventually totaled 9.78. Still too much for any Subway sub.Cashier confused about how to refund some tip I never intended to add. There's always an issue at this particular location. Lesson learned . Sick of getting 2 worth of meat and 8 worth of bread and veggies. If Subway ever sold their bread retail they would have to shut down. Its the best thing on the menu.
