Taco Bell - Baltimore

Over all not bad. There food was exactly what I was expecting. They were a little understaffed and kept talking to me in a different language. But other then that I loved the food.

Been going to this Taco Bell for over 10 yrs.. Never really had any problem with the food here. The only, and perhaps the main issue with this location is, at times, the wait can be too long depending on the time of day. Late evening can be the busiest. They also seem to, too often run out of menu items. Seems like it could be partially due to a lack of staffing at times. This location also seems to go through frequent changes in management and/or ownership, which may contribute to the inconsistency. There are times when they seem to be running very efficiently, then other times not so much. Kind of hit or miss regarding wait times and availability of items. But never any issue with the food quality. Convenient location right off of Pulaski Hwy (Route 40). There’s also an entrance off of E Fayette Street.

The cashier that took my order was rude and impatient,the food was not appealing cold and just not good. The dinning room was dirty while someone just kept sweeping,not once cleaning .

Ordered through mobile app and made customizations due to no beef and wanted chicken substitute. I GOT NOTHING OF WHAT I PAID EXTRA FOR. It’s okay I guess. It was still overall hot.

The service was faster than expected, and the chalupas are definitely the standout dish on the menu. They really need to bring back the chicken chalupa, which was simply incredible. If that item were available again, I would give this place a five-star rating!
