Great food, amazing location. It is always so crowded!

So disappointed! The Chesecake Factory is always my favorite so we of course had to go while in Baltimore, MD. The service alone was AWFUL! Our waitress checked on us once. Our food was so cold, took forever to come out. It wasn’t very busy and we had to actually ask for a box from another staff member because our waitress had been gone for +20 minutes at this point. She then came and asked if we needed the check and said “ok one check, sounds good”… she didn’t even give us a second to answer her even though we wanted the check split. When she comes back with one check we ask her to split it since she didn’t listen the first time and she definitely was not happy with us for asking. Overall the food, service and management we spoke to about our service was not like any other Cheesecake Factory I’ve been to! It’s always been stellar. If you’re in Baltimore, I would skip! There’s plenty of other good options.

Not sure what has happened to Baltimore but it was not a pleasant experience leaving the restaurant after dark.

Roni was fantastic. Sat at the bar and she was terrific.Love this place! The HH menu is great and it goes til 6 PM. Excellent libations and yummy app specials.
