The 4 hosts standing at the front let us know that the oven was broken, and that all items requiring the oven were unavailable. This was essentially half of the menu (e.g., all pizzas, most appetizers, and most pastas). The food was mediocre. The server was not particularly pleasant, probably because 18% gratuity was automatically added to the bill due to our party size. Overall it was a 2-star experience. HOWEVER, My husband later realized that he had lost his wallet, and with little hope we returned to Uno's the next day in efforts to retrieve it. A very pleasant server named MORGAN was more than willing to assist, asking questions about where we were sitting and the contents inside of the wallet. After a thorough search, she was able to locate the wallet and return it to my husband. THANK YOU MORGAN for taking the time to help us!!! You are the only reason why we rated this restaurant 4 stars.
We got a nice Chicago style pizza and my son thought it was delicious and he doesn’t care for pizza. He ordered Mac and Cheese and he received a perfectly cooked box of craft Mac and cheese. Lol that was disappointing but not a huge deal. Our server was good and considering it’s Covid one might saw exceptional.
The host, Sheree, was delightful. She ensured we didn't wait and brought us drinks. It was obvious they were short of staff. Seeing that we were not being served, she took our order and made sure the restaurant was running well. Great staff to have.
We ordered 2 regular size pizzas after the appetizer, Spinach and artichoke dip, and we could barely get through half of each pizza. So tasty but heavy. Can't wait to go back.
