Be sure to try the Char-Kway-Teow, fish head noodles, or chicken rice as they all taste delicious and are served in generous portions. The restaurant is a bit small and can get crowded, so plan accordingly. Despite that, it is definitely worth a visit.
We tried the hokkien noodle, classic yong tofu, bak kut teh, and nasi kerabu. The hokkien noodle was a standout with its flavorful bits scattered throughout. The hokkien noodle and nasi kerabu had rich flavors and all the ingredients were well balanced to create an exceptional dish. The broth for the bak kut teh and yong tofu was a bit milder than expected but still tasty. The fried chicken that came with the nasi kerabu was excellent - juicy, tender, and nicely spiced. The sambal was a must-try, adding a delicious kick to each dish. Unfortunately, we didn't get to try the eiskachang due to the cold weather, but the owner assured us it's as authentic as it gets. The delicate ondeh was also a delightful treat. Overall, this is a place worth trying out for a unique dining experience.
