What a beautiful place for a coffee and dessert break in Bamberg. The Gelato we had was so delicious - the best we had during our trip to Bavaria in August. The coffee was also great. The café is spacious and beautifully decorated with outdoor and indoor seating. Service was excellent. We would recommend Cafe del Corso to anyone visiting Bamberg.
Tasty, big ice balls on a waffel we would call sugary. good aromas, though somewhat limited for those who do not like to eat or eat, but what they have is delicious! Although there is another ice cream with slightly smaller balls down the road that has a slightly rich and more flavored ice, you get big balls with good taste. I've been here four times and not yet disappointed. the coffee, chocolate and pfefferminze are very good!
We stopped here on the way back from the exploration of the city at sunny, warm weather and decided to eat one or two balls. we both had double balls on a sugar bag. the waiter was nice, but he grabbed the wrong ones, we wanted the waffel cones, but still tasted better than our sugar bags at home. many flavors for selection and they looked good. my wife loves fruchteis and was totally thrilled by the big ice creams with fruits. at the end I had coffee ice cream with chocolate-coated coffee beans, although I had only one, and mint chocolate. the aromen were strong and good! my spouse had the cherry and chocolate and the vanilla he liked both very much. we will return to this place. the outdoor seating were beautifully located, on the upper bridge, with sun umbrellas and views of the rat house.
If they need a little help at the hot hungry for sweets late in the night, this caffe is just the right one for them! they have great waffels and ice creams. were already some paints there!
