Pool And Grill - Bambolim

I visited this place for an afternoon brunch, it's great for finger foods and light meals..I ordered the greek salad which was really refreshing, and the cucumber mint cooler. After finishing my meal I went for a dip in the pool and drank sangrias and watched the sunset...sunday well spent. The crowd is very decent and the ambiance is perfect for a getaway. It is a nice place to chill with a couple of girlfriends and also you won't have to bother about tourists invading your privacy while using the pool even though it does get very crowded on sundays. Also on sundays they offer buy 1 get 1 free on Sangrias during the happy hour (3.00 till sundown).

Well, it's only Tuesday and I'm having some serious vacation withdrawals. So while I'm dying, I thought I'll share the pain with everyone. <br/ This was at @grandhyattgoa where I was sitting next to the pool without a care in the world and sipping on this gorgeous Mint Margarita. <br/ And the funniest thing had happened during my stay there. So, after drinking this margarita I wanted to try Feni and the menu had two options, Cashew Feni Palm Feni. To me, Cashew feni just sounded more interesting and while ordering that the server asked me what would I like as a mixer and well, that time I was going through my whiskey phase and enjoyed my drink with water and ice. So, of course I tell him that I'll have it with water and ice. On that, he gave me a very amusing look and asked me if I was sure. And of course I was sure. He left and brought back a tray with a shot of my cashew feni and water and ice and (drum rolls) a massive shot of sugar syrup. It was my time to give him that amused look and I did but he seemed to be enjoying it more than me. As he left, I sat up to make my drink. Dropped a couple of ice cubes in my glass, topped it with the Feni shot, gave it a stir and topped it off with water. All set! Then I took a sip and almost spat it out because it is quite strong (and by quite I mean extremely). Then I give that sugar syrup a glance and chuckle in delight of its presence. I wish I could have hugged that waiter if he was anywhere in sight but that would have been highlyyyy inappropriate. So, I pour all the sugar syrup I had and took another sip. Wasn't bad but I should have definitely ordered another margarita instead of getting too experimental. And of course, I finished my drink like the good girl I am because whatsoever happens,we don't waste alcohol. Right? .<br/ .<br/ .<br/ Have you got a similar story? Where getting experimental got you in a fix? With food or drinks or anything else? .<br/ .<br/ .<br/ Just a self realization, a lot of my stories involve alcohol. Must look into that. A minha família comeu outros pratos e eu por duas vezes comi o Club Sandwich que gostei. It's mild to go to the pool.Nice atmosphere.Pode-eat na esplanada ou no interior!

Good place to grab a drink or coffee sunsent and pool views. The cold coffee was like sugar syrup they provided a replacement but that wasnt good either. Mosquitoes can be bit of an issue once it gets dark.

Really simple and nice menu...good burger, salad and decent drinks. Service could be a bit quicker. However they did get the beef burger really nice and juicy!
