We came for the Sail the Bourbon Trail. It was a 4 course bourbon cocktail pairing dinner. The concept is a fantastic idea amd we thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Our server Aaliyah was an awesome young lady who didn't stop moving the entire meal. She was friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to answer any questions we had. We certainly hope they continue with special events of this nature.
One aspect of a restaurant should be consistency. If I go there really like the food, service, etc; I want to know if I go back, I will again be happy. My wife have gone to the Bonefish Grill in Brick, 4 times in the last 2 months. 2 of the times it was really good. The last time was just a few days ago. I got the sirloin steak,mashed potatoes and asparagus. My wife ordered the shrimp skewers, french fries and spinach. My wifes dinner came with mashed potatoes. Told the very nice server. Now, instead of leaving the plate and just getting the fries. She took the whole plate. I got my steak, ordered the steak medium. It was cooked to a dry piece of overdone steak, mash potatoes that tasted like the powdered potatoes I had to eat in the military. However, the asparagus was good. We were both hungry and in a hurry. By the time she got her plate back I had already eaten most of it. We didn't want to wait. Her shrimp wss on a mangled mess like being torn apart. He spinach was cold. The server was not really to blame But, whomever prepared our food should be fired.
Cassandra was wonderful. Reservations under Gary DeNoua our server Genisis was the best
Aalyah and Karen provided exceptional service and the food drinks were tasty!!
