I ordered duck in curry sauce, and I mentioned a was allergic to gluten. They served bread with butter and garlic as an appetizer, and they served gluten free bread beacuse I mentioned my allergy. The staff is doing this hotel. All employees are amazing and friendly and are very hard to work. Breakfast service is one of the best, well cooked and great presentations, Jonathan and his team are excellent. Housekeeper employees do an amazing job like the pool sunbed employee. My only criticism is that the sunbeds were on some very wet green algae, they may not leave in the rain or overnight. Thank you for your support during our stay

This place is still the best place to stay in Phuket. After thirty years of visiting this island, I can say that the boathouse is still testing all boxes for a pleasant stay. Staff. Beach. Pool. Restaurant. Views. Neighborhood. Our last stay was 12 years ago and the place gets better. The restaurant is incredible. While it is much more expensive than places nearby, it is so much better. If I look at the menu, I notice that I would pay four times these prices at any place in Hawaii that may not be so good, especially for the service. Your table is never forgotten. The staff remembers you. We had PePe as our server most nights and he was very good at his work and made fun every night. Ask him and you won't be disappointed.

RECOMMENDATIONS! From the moment we checked, we didn't disappoint. Every staff was friendly. Room was beyond our expectations! It was clean, spacious, with bathtub and of course a fantastic view. Breakfast was really delicious and not buffet so everything you order is fresh and hot! All our request was executed immediately, including both carpets in 2. The room was removed because it was damped. We had rooms 101A 201A both are at the beach suite and the rooms are absolutely great! The staff at the desk are always very nice and always ask how our day is and where we go. A week here is definitely not enough and we hope to see you soon!
