The beer zone has friendly and charming staff who greet you warmly. However, the buffet area needs improvement; the employees there don’t speak, smile, or show appreciation, making them feel robotic. A simple smile and greeting for customers, even in a buffet setting, would go a long way. I often visit the beer area because I’m impressed with both the music and the welcoming staff, but my first experience in the buffet section was quite disappointing.

The service was extremely slow. The waitstaff only refilled drinks for the men, and when they did come to refill, they didn't ask what we wanted and just brought plain water even though we were drinking alcohol. There was only one staff member with short hair in a white uniform who provided good service, asking us what we wanted to mix. The rest of the staff were lacking; they spent more time dancing with customers than attending to our needs. We even had to go get our own ice. If it's busy on Fridays, it would be wise to hire more staff or provide some training for the current employees.
