Contribuisci feedbackI paid for my meal but unfortunately, it was never delivered. I reached out for an explanation a week ago but received no response, apology, replacement order, or refund. It seems like they took my money and are now ignoring all attempts to contact them. I even have a video doorbell showing that no driver ever came to deliver my food. This experience was disappointing and I hope they address the issue soon.
I have placed 5 online orders at this restaurant in the past few months and each time my order was incorrect. Even after I complained about the mistakes, nothing changed. I have decided to take my business elsewhere from now on. Perhaps I am the fool for continuing to order from them.
I recently tried a pizza from this restaurant. The toppings were not very generous - there was more cheese than anything else. I was disappointed with the lack of toppings.
Got 2 pizzas on a BOGOF, pizzas were ready quickly and tasted great. Used the APP to order online which was easy to use and allows you to track your order online
I stopped to order a party deal for my daughter and her friends. I waited at the counter for a long time while the staff tidied around their working area. I didn’t mind at first, though realised there were no orders on the screen, I was the only customer in the shop at the time, so I waited waited waited until the phone rand and the male employee picked it and took the customers order, totally ignored my presence and started preparing their order. So I walked out, went to the garage next door, picked 4 pizzas out of the freezer grabbed a 6 pack of coke and paid at the till. I’ve never been back since have started using Apache Pizza for our pizza nights in.
