Subway's Main Menu features a history of the brand's beginnings over 50 years ago. Dr. Peter Buck, a nuclear physicist, changed the life of college student Fred DeLuca with the idea to open a submarine sandwich shop. With an initial investment of $1000, the duo opened their first restaurant in Bridgeport, Connecticut, serving fresh and affordable sandwiches made to order. Their core values of exceptional service, quality menu items at affordable prices, and continuous improvement have remained the foundation of Subway restaurants worldwide. By 1974, Subway had grown to 16 locations in Connecticut and began franchising, leading to remarkable growth that continues to this day. With over 40,000 locations globally, Subway is the world's largest submarine sandwich chain, offering quick and nutritious meal options for the whole family. Fred DeLuca's vision for the future of Subway guides their mission to serve fresh and delicious sandwiches made-to-order. Celebrate Subway's 50-year history and tribute to Fred DeLuca's journey from humble beginnings to sandwich empire.
The food at this restaurant is fresh and delicious. The only downside is that the menu selection is not very comprehensive. It would be great if they offered a monthly event menu bundle to give customers more options to choose from.
Staff is very unenergetic. A Bangladeshi, so called sandwich artist, are unhappy with customer requests, no only mine, but other customer's order too. Borderline rude. Felt very unwelcomed everytime I come here.
Great place to have a quick bite or takeaway just located at Petronas Petrol station in Section 15.
