First time I try the Tulang Jambal menu when it located next to GOR Saparua. Is this same one?
It serves the bone of salty fish, i think this one of innovative culliner in Bandung
The Tulang Jambal soup is one of a kind, where else u can find a place where they specialized in dried salty fish bones made with lotta spicy chillies and shallots broth with hints of that smelliness. ; Served with fragrant white rice and fried tofu n tempeh. Plus u can add those extra fish chips to dip in the soup, one word Heavenly Taste!! a Must Try!!
Walaupun hanya mengais daging ikan yang nempel di tulang, tapi bumbunya enak banget! Meresap, sedap, pedasnya mantab! We ordered tulang jambal and ayam geprek.. both are very spicy which i and my SO like.. eventhough the tulang jambal has very small amount of meat (tulang literally means bone), my SO loved it. Ayam geprek ,which means smashed chicken, is so crispy and spicy. But the taste is so so. We spent IDR 130k for both menu for 2 main course, 2 mineral water and 1 pack of crackers.
