We had a wonderful time at this restaurant! The food and drinks were excellent, the servers were attentive, and the decor was beautiful. It was a fun experience overall.

Absolutely. A big ballroom that needs more Christmas spirit.

Have dined and enjoyed every time on a number of occasions on this site, but this mother's special was a real disapointment with terrible service, cold food, limited supply buffet plate empty.

Disappointing experience for my family and I on Sunday brunch on Christmas day. We were very excited to spend a quiet afternoon at the Banff Springs Hotel for a special occasion. We chose an afternoon. Here are some of these disappointing experiences. 1. Although there were many tables available for the whole time (2:00, last seat for the brunch), we were offered the smallest table that could hardly fit 2 people. We were party of 4. 2. Serviersets like cutleries, napkins, glasses missing and there was never completely made available. 3. No water was offered and there was no room for additional glasses. 4. All roasting stations were cold and dry. 5. Pastas were old and dry. 6. Food in the child-friendly buffet was so stable and cold. My children didn't have food, even the fries and pizzas were not to eat. 7. We found mold on some articles such as blueberries and blackberries (unremovable, really) 8. Some desserts (including Tiramisu) were old and the ingredients separated into water as if they were sitting outside for a long time. 9. Our invoice did not provide details, only the amount of the machine. 10. Some seafood, including crab legs, seemed and tasted as if they were sitting outside (although on ice), but still outside the whole day. We understand that our reservation was for the last seats of the day, but we never expected quiet and old food to be served at the last seats. Overall we had a terrible and disappointing afternoon. We had to eat quickly to get a late lunch for children.
