Contribuisci feedbackIf you like the flavour of gamey meat, you'll really really love their unique elk and boar flavored meat. The pasta itself had some really unique ingredients that made a delicious combo with the meatballs!
Great Italian food. Had the lasagna and my wife got the pizza funghi. Both dishes were delicious. Also had a glass of their white which paired well with the lasagna. Definitely recommend.
My wife and I just finished a meal here. ceasar salat, calamari and a escape of chicken parm. we waited ten minutes to sit outside. I understand they seemed busy and everyone seems to be undermined. no care. we ordered and the salat and appetizer came quite fast. Now, only for a reality check, we have lived on the east coast of the usa for many years. if a restaurant cannot make a good calamari, then they are not Italian. the salate was good, no worries. the kalamari, the worst we ever had. no taste, smallest pieces we've ever seen. big negatiw! next, the chicken parm, beautiful recovery! the chicken tasted fresh, hot and juicy. sauce was hot, a little tart, with a good taste. pasta was good as the sweet. total, 2 of 3, they come, learn how to make a good calamari and they have covered all the bases.
Good arancini. the water was good. the server was beautiful. the pizza (2 sorts) was a 3. the children spaghetti was bland and a 2. actually the pizza was a 2.5 my man had a delicious salad that was a noticeably small part for a dinner size.
Had a good meal here sitting outside in the evening warmth. Service was friendly if not that fast, especially waiting to have our order taken. Both the pizza my husband had and my pasta were good if not exceptional, but my Mojito was very disappointing. Dessert was very good! Relatively good value for Banff too.
