The Vermillion Room - Banff

We absolutely loved our experience! So much so that during our second visit, I couldn't resist ordering the short ribs again. Everything we tried was simply outstanding. Our server was friendly and engaging, which added to the enjoyable atmosphere. I'm genuinely surprised this place doesn't have a better rating!

We had an incredible dining experience; every dish was prepared to perfection. Our server, Terry, was not only professional but also very friendly and excellent at his job! For brunch, the variety of options was fantastic, offering something for everyone. Allison, our other server, was also wonderful.

I had the buffet breakfast here about a week ago, and it was fantastic. The selection of food was impressive, the service was outstanding, and the overall experience was delightful. My servers, Neil (Lionel) and Martine, were exceptionally kind and ensured that I had everything I needed. Since I was dining alone, I sat at the bar, and I truly enjoyed the experience! I would definitely return the next time I'm in Banff.

I'm not sure why the reviews here aren't higher, we had a lovely experience! We ordered the escargot (a little disappointing, needed more garlic and butter , the beef tartare (so amazing , cheese and charcuterie (so amazing , scallops (so amazing , the burger (so amazing , and the cheese and pasta side (so amazing . That's a lot of so amazings. The profiteroles were also fantastic : I'm horribly full, and very content. The service was also prompt, attentive, and really really great (thank you, Christen! . PS. Try the ginger beer.

Enjoyed our breakfast with the view and atmosphere of the dome! The dome is heated and decorated. The waitress provided great excellent customer service and helped us took a number of photos. Slight downside is somewhat overpriced here based on the food provided as compared to Fairview Lake Louise high tea.
