We ordered at 12 10. Got the order after one and half hour.

Burgers were soft as had packed hot.. did allow a minute of cool down. So instead of crispy were soft

Please ensure you deliver what customer has ordered, I'm totally disappointed with McD.

Food was not hot I was like pressed and so cold and hard

KETCHUP IS IMPORTANT FOR BURGER. THEY DID NOT SEND ORDERED QUANTITY
