Singapore Street in a prime roadside location at Kammanahalli is a Pan Asian Restaurant with a finely curated menu of vegetarian and non vegetarian cuisine from across East Asia and South East Asia Burmese, Malay, Thai, Indonesian, Korean, Japanese, Chinese and Tibetan. The dishes are moderately priced, the service is quick and unobtrusive, the indoor only seating comfortable with chairs and tables of real wood. Huge windows on two sides let in beautiful, natural light. The menu is easy to read, well categorized and with short, concise descriptions of the contents and ingredients of each dish. We were a party of five. We started our lunch with vegetarian crackers with three kinds of dips. This waa followed by a delectable raw papaya lotus root salad with a sweet and sour dip, water chestnut and fried broccoli. Both were amazing. The spicy tofu starters that followed had melt in the mouth chunks, the kind that motivate you to go vegan forever. Meanwhile, this being a warm day we washed down the starters with basil lemonade. The tofu and the water chestnuts so pleased the party that we ordered a repeat. For the main course we had Singapore rice with a black pepper tofu gravy. By now we were completely satiated with a variety of subtle spices and herbs, lemongrass and absolutely fresh and top quality ingredients. Yet, desserts beckoned and we opted for a mixed fruit pudding with rambutan and red rubies. This turned out to be a vegan delight with three kinds of flavoured coconut jelly, slices of delicious rambutan and fruity red rubies. Absolutely delightful. After lunch, we lingered, reluctant to leave. A truly memorable meal. Dietary restrictions: There are a number of gluten free dishes as well as vegan food, for starters, main course and desserts. Parking: One has to find spots on side streets around the restaurant for parking. Kid friendliness: Family friendly restaurant. Wheelchair accessibility: A bit difficult as it's higher than street level and accessed by a flight of steps. Food is excellent so rated 5*. All ordered items are good with solid flavours. To comment, May be a bit more spicy will do good. Flavours take you to a local Singapore joint experience. Probably on the expensive side too. Restaurants like this can't charge a regular virgin mojito at 5 star hotels rate. That looks a little greedy. Vegetarian options: Every menu item has veg options so good choices. Parking: Parking on streets at your own responsibility Wheelchair accessibility: Not available. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Singapore Laksa, Phad Thai in Veg Chicken Prawns Recommendation for vegetarians: Highly recommend Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labeled vegetarian dishes Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking Parking options: Free street parking
