Located next to the dining area is a stall where you can watch beautiful women hand-make dumplings right in front of you. There are three types available: Garlic Chive, peanut, and shrimp. The Garlic Chive and peanut options are vegan, and I confirmed with the woman working there that the sauce is also vegan (made with soya sauce and coconut sugar). You will also receive a bag of fried garlic to sprinkle on top of your dumplings. The dumplings are made in separate batches to prevent cross-contamination. You can purchase boxes of just Garlic Chive or peanut dumplings, but avoid the assortment box as it includes shrimp dumplings. I highly recommend the Garlic Chive dumplings as they are incredibly delicious and affordably priced. Enjoy your meal!
Visit this stall located near the seating area of the food court. The talented ladies hand-make fresh noodles right in front of you. There are three varieties available: cream chive, edible, and shrimp. The garlic chive and peanut options are vegan. I confirmed with the staff that the sauce (soy sauce and coconut sugar) is also vegan. They also provide a side of fried garlic for added flavor. The dumplings are cooked separately to avoid cross-contamination. You can purchase trays of either garlic chive or peanut dumplings, but be cautious of the mixed selection box as it contains shrimp dumplings. I highly recommend the garlic dumplings as they are delicious and affordable. Overall, everything here is worth trying!
