Riverside Grill Royal Orchid Sheraton Towers

The restaurant is a great and the food is excellent. Need to be wheelchair friendly but the staff made sure I got up and down the stairs...love this place

Service is good.Very nice panorama.I booked with opentable app. before that day.On reservation day. I asked my booking and they said ... no my booked because they don't take a look on this app

They did not find our reservation. so our table was far from the buffet counters. also thier website is quite much better look than the reality. we were missing with great difference, there were no seafood, not so different foods and quite dark.

Eating was in order, nothing special and to be honest, it was on a par or worse than food I had experienced in the likes of pier 21 and centralworld food dishes; this was a supposed 5 stars hotel, I don't think the pictures on their website for the feast restaurant have pictures of lobster etc. as in the did they were just schoolgirls and muddle they don't understand me wrong, it was an ok meal in beautiful environment, attentive service and a great flow view, but I understand now why it was the half of the price of mandarin oriental (Glor jims) ... but the really sad part was on the river deck to go and find that the decking was in a very bad condition wherebbly repaired it
