Have I ever told you why I love this place? Chilean sea bass, tofu, cold pasta, mushroom soup and apple tart (and chili chocolate ice cream) are the best even before they put in this restaurant’s menus. It’d been a legendary and history of fine dining-kind. Ask me or ask the owner. Come here for nice and comfort foods.
I loved the dishes here!! Everything was delicious, and the staff were very welcoming. I like the ambiance of the restaurant as well.
Year in year out Chef Miako’s cuisine has always exceeded my expectations. Packed with flavor and intensity, yet purity of flavors. In my opinion, one of the best in Thailand.
I first tried this chef s dishes more than 10++years when he moved to thailand. It was this little place in Langsuan named after the singapore boutique hotel that the chef used to work (I heard, and I don’t remember the name). The food was so impressive then but it was not very popular and after that place closed then the chef moved to work at water library. The food taste exceptional and well presented. The quality of ingredients used is top notch and the way to cook is delicate and unpretentious. The service is polite and attentive. The deco is quite old and not of current style so it may need a renovation to bring back the five stars feeling. My recent visit though showed not much change in the menu despite many years passed and some dishes were a bit too sweet to my taste. However, surely it is one of the better choices for western cuisine in Bangkok.
